As most any lawyer in foreclosure defense will tell you, most judges are ruling in the middle, so the case is not over and the case can’t go forward either. This buys them time on the incendiary subject of foreclosures, most of which look like they were blatant corruption of the title systems in all 50 states.

The way they do this is by a dismissal without prejudice which means you are invited to file again, so they can a brand new motion to dismiss from the other side, that the Judge can sit on another 16 months.
