Add a CFPB name to list of parties served court documents – this way court records will show CFPB was sent and should be monitoring cases – shows other side you’re turning over data to CFPB for their information and perhaps to help them prosecute.
What will they do – sue you for listing CFPB on your proof of service list??? I don’t think so – but it will make all take notice and maybe act right including judges.
These regulatory groups will have to wake up and get into action sometime – might help if public court records reflect CFPB et al are served copies of pleadings and kept in the loop – so if they don’t do their jobs to ‘protect consumers’ as they were created and enacted to – then you can point them out as being negligent and engaged in dereliction of duty by not protecting a consumer – like police – if they don’t show up when you call and do their jobs – then they should be sued alongside the financial institutions for being negligent and dereliction of duty – regulators are paid to protect not ignore consumers – wake up people hold all accountable – CFPB has to do more than just install lovely gardens and waterfalls in their expensive DC building! And start asking CFPB what are they doing about ‘protecting’ you. Good luck with that one.
You are welcome. One can find amazing resources at the bottom of court filings… 😉
