Donna is a title and debt securitization expert with over fifteen (15) years of in-depth legal study focusing specifically on the securitization of mortgages.

This position conducts deep legal research and assists in the development of innovative legal strategies and solutions that address current problems within the real estate mortgage and title industry. Our head of research serves as a member of the Mortgage Modifications Act Drafting Committee for the Uniform Law Commission (ULC), also called the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws. She is also a member of the ACFE (Association of Certified Fraud Examiners). She is a guest speaker and regularly communicates with the media and several governmental agencies, including State Attorneys, FDIC, VA, SEC, IRS, HUD, and FHFA, to expose mortgage fraud.
