Lance T. Denha has been a Michigan and Florida licensed attorney since 2005. In addition to being a licensed attorney, Mr. Denha was also a licensed Florida loan originator. Mr. Denha, as a practicing attorney, has been involved with hundreds of trials and hearings in which Mr. Denha was either the prosecutor of claims for foreclosure or the defender. Furthermore, Mr. Denha has been involved with the investigation of foreclosure fraud, chain of title, the securitization of residential and commercial mortgage loans, and accounting issues relevant to alleged “defaults and performed analysis for residential real estate in many states across the country.

In the course of writing articles on Foreclosure Defense, Mr. Denha has conducted more than 100 interviews with insiders in the title insurance, investment banking, and closing agent businesses under the direct tutelage and mentorship of Mr. Neil Garfield, Esq. Nearly all such interviews were conducted under the promise of anonymity and provided great insight into the illegal foreclosure practices he has dedicated himself to fighting on behalf of homeowners and the attorneys that represent them nationwide.
